Shipping & returns


Delivery costs to the following countries: Netherland and Germany will be shipped for free as soon as possible after the payment has been received. Normally this takes 1 to 2 working days. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please do so within 14 days. The costs for returning or exchange an order are for the customer.

  1. Please make sure to always fill out, and send the return form (send along with your order) when making your returns;
  2. Your returns must occur within 14 days of receiving your order;
  3. If we receive your returns in good order (with a completed returns form, unused, with the original labels and free from damage, preferably in their original packaging), we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days to the bank account from which you paid for your order;
  4. Return the package with the address sticker by registered Mail at the nearest Post Office. You are solely responsible for the arrival of your returns sent to Cyell. We therefore advise you to send the package with the track & trace option and preserve proof of shipping at a safe place. Your proof of shipping contains a barcode number that identifies the package. Your package is always immediately traceable. So, you know if the parcel is in sorting, distribution or has already reached its destination.


If you wish to exchange an item, then return the item as mentioned above. You can then simply order to item you want online. We will refund the purchase price within 10 working days to the bank account from which you paid for your order.
