Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Within the Netherlands, for orders that are placed before 15:00 noon on working days, we strive for a next-day delivery (except on holidays). All other countries will be charged with a flat rate for shipping. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs.

Please note: The costs for returning or exchanging an order are for the customer and depend on postal rates.

Returns

Please note that you are responsible for any return costs

Fill in the return form. Pack the items in the original bag, with price tag and hygiene stickers still attached.

Return the package within 10 working days after delivery, using a courier of your choice or Returnista. Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Option 1: Returnista (DHL or UPS)
1. Go to cyell.returnista.com
2. Select ‘drop off parcel’ or ‘arrange parcel collection’.
3. Complete the following steps.
4. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed. 

 

Option 2: Using your own courier
1. Create an address label for the courier and attach it to the box or use the address label. Please note: This isn’t a shipping label. 
2. Take the package to a delivery point and keep the tracking code safe. 
3. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

We process returns within 10 working days of receipt. You will receive your refund via the same method used for payment.

 

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, return the item as mentioned above. You can then simply order the item you want online. We will refund the purchase price within 10 working days to the bank account from which you paid for your order.
