Can I check my order status?
We will keep you up-to-date on your package during the purchasing process by means of an order confirmation and a confirmation of shipment. If you have an account or you create one, you can check the status of your package if desired.
Do I need an account to shop online with Cyell?
You are more than welcome to shop without a Cyell account, however, an account has the following benefits;

To which countries does Cyell deliver?
Cyell is a Dutch brand that sells to countries within and outside Europe. Orders within the Netherlands will be shipped for free. Countries outside the Netherlands will be charged. Please go to the checkout page and find the shipping costs for your country.
How many days will it take to deliver my order?
You will receive an email containing a confirmation of shipment. This will occur as soon as possible after receiving your payment. You can therefore expect your order within 2 to 4 working days. Our office is closed on weekends, between Christmas and New Year’s Day and during other Holidays.
Do I pay the shipping costs and returns expenses?
Orders within the Netherlands and Germany will be shipped for free. Shipping from other countries will be charged. When making a return the costs will be for your own account. Paying for the return costs is equal for all countries.
What should I do if I want to return all or part of my order?
If you’re not entirely satisfied with an item, you can return it. The items must be sent back to our warehouse and received within 14 days after initial receipt. Fill out the return form that came in your package in its entirety. Send it along with the item(s) for return. Use the address sticker to return the package at an Post Office. The costs for returning are for the customer.
How can I pay online?
You can pay Cyell in various ways online. We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and iDeal. We take online payment safety very seriously and we therefore work with a highly competent online payment company.
What should I do if I forget my log-in code?
If you forget your login code, go to ‘My account’ and indicate that you have forgotten your log-in codes. You can then immediately request a new log-in code.
