To be able to order at our website we obviously need some data of you, but we understand that you might want to know how we use this data. You'll find the answer on this page.

What do we use your data for?
According the privacy legislation we have to say what ‘legal ground’ we have to use your data. We need your data because of the contractual agreements between you and CYELL, like your purchase or your warranty rights. This is the case for:

  • Order
  • Delivery
  • Return
  • Contact with our customer service.

Next to that we can use your data for the purpose of ‘legitimate interest’. This means that we want our customers to enjoy the best and personal service. Of course, we always think about your privacy. Some examples:

  • Contact with our customer service
  • Visit of the CYELL-website
  • Account
  • Newsletter & e-mail
  • Personal advice
  • Actions
  • Social media

Next to that you might have given us permission to use your data yourself, like when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Who has access to your data?
We only provide other parties with your data when necessary for our service. It concerns these parties: delivery partners, payment partners and IT service providers. You obviously want the mailman to deliver your new bikini to your doorstep and not to the other side of the country. Parties like data management platforms, media and advertising agencies and research agencies pop up when we want to give you personal advice or show you personal ads, for example based on your interest in certain products.

Those parties who we grant access to your data, can use these solely to deliver you a service on behalf of CYELL. Some cookie developers have access to the data cookies collect on our website. You can read more about this in our cookie statement and the privacy statements of these parties. We will never sell your data to third parties. In suspicious situations we’re obligated to share customer data with authorities.
