Product Developer Swimwear

CYELL is looking for an experienced product developer for our swimwear collection. Are you good at planning, technical and commercial minded all while having a strong affinity for CSR? Then we are looking for you! Join us to contribute your skills to create beautiful and sustainable swimwear.

As product developer you closely work cross divisionally with designers and buyer teams in order to deliver successful collections that embody the designers’ vision and still meet the business needs in terms of margins, quality, sustainability and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for the whole process of product development working alongside our designer and buyer to deliver the highest possible quality.
- You will work through development and fit problems to maintain our product standard across the CYELL Swimwear collection.
- You will create and manage stylesheets & tech-packs and size specs to support the production team.
- You check samples, give comments and give advise from a technical point of view.
- You keep a close watch on deadlines of samples and the production-planning.
- You are responsible for organising fit-sessions and giving accurate comments.
- You will maintain relationships with our international vendors and be willing to travel if required.
- You will be responsible for the quality control, both in line production and in house

Your Profile

- A degree in Fashion.
- Minimal 5 years experience in similar function.
- Written and spoken fluency in English (Dutch is considered an advantage).
- A strong feeling for the product as well as a positive attitude towards the brand.
- Strong affinity with CSR.
- You are a self-supporting, self-motivated individual who takes on the responsibility of the role.
- Team player with the right energy and strong personal drive to achieve.
- Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and interpersonal skills.
